Tied Notes

Ask, and the answer shows the note

Kinu is a private personal CRM for friends and family. It keeps a page for each person, and it reminds you to reach out when it has been a while.

Tied Notes is a memory journal. You jot the book down once, under that person. When you ask later, the answer shows the note it came from. It does not ping you to reach out. The journal is there when you open it.

The answer shows its evidence

A page of notes is one thing. Tied Notes lets you ask. The reply is grounded in what you already approved: the black coffee, the interview, the rule about the cat. You see the note beside the answer.

That is the difference if you came here looking at Kinu. They open the person’s page so the aside is in front of you. Tied Notes answers, and shows its sources.

Nothing lasts until you say so

A candidate note does not enter the journal until you approve it. A draft does not go out in your name until you send it.

On a birthday it works as a birthday reminder app: the words stay with that person until the day you need them. There is also a Peoplekeeper alternative. The rest of the journal lives on the product page.
